In a secret military facility, a young assistant works with a group of primates on a high-level research project. The story begins when a group of scientists discovers that the animals have developed surprising abilities that could revolutionize the understanding of behavior and intelligence. However, things take an unexpected turn when one of the primates, a young chimpanzee named Virgil, becomes the center of attention.

When the government decides to use Virgil as part of a program to train primates for military missions, ethics and morality come into play. The assistant, who has formed a special bond with Virgil, faces a devastating dilemma: to follow orders and allow the project to continue, or to fight for the chimpanzee's freedom and his right to live in peace.

As the story unfolds, the protagonist joins a group of activists advocating for animal rights. Together, they embark on a dangerous mission to rescue Virgil and expose the dark truths behind the military experiment.

This thrilling and moving tale addresses themes such as friendship, sacrifice, and the pursuit of truth, while exploring the blurred line between science and morality. With unexpected twists and a dose of action, the film becomes an emotional journey that invites the viewer to reflect on the impact of scientific experimentation on the lives of innocent beings.
