The organ transplant business has turned into a dark market run by a ruthless corporation that charges debtors outrageous interest rates. This is where two men come into play: Remy and Jake, two "debt hunters" whose mission is to recover the organs of those who cannot pay the enormous loan fees.
Remy is a tired and worn-out man, trapped in a job that has hardened his heart. After a serious accident, he becomes the protagonist of this tragic story, having to face what used to be his life and what he has lost. When his own heart is replaced by an organ from the company, Remy's life takes a radical turn. Now, he is not only a debt hunter but also a victim of the very company he once defended.
With his life and freedom hanging by a thread, Remy embarks on a desperate race to regain his health and find his way to freedom. At the same time, he is forced to confront the complex moral decisions surrounding life, death, and the corruption of the system, which will lead the audience to question how far they would go to survive in a dehumanized world where money is everything.
