Royal Affairs in Versailles

In the bustling heart of the court of Louis XIV, a young historian named Paul has the opportunity to witness the life and secrets of the majestic Palace of Versailles. From the elegant foyer to the lush gardens, Paul is immersed in a world where palace intrigues and splendor intertwine in a dance of power and ambition. As he explores the history of the estate, he uncovers the intrigues of the nobility, forbidden romances, and even the artistic aspirations that shaped the era.

Through Paul’s eyes, the audience is transported to a gilded universe, yet also filled with shadows, where each character has their own agenda. The court is a place where betrayal is commonplace, and love can be both a weapon and a refuge. The king's life intertwines with that of his advisors, lovers, and enemies, creating a complex tapestry of human relationships. With each revelation, Paul faces the difficult choice between loyalty to history and the desire to partake in this seductive and dangerous world.

The film is not only a visual journey through the opulence of Versailles but also raises questions about the cost of power and the struggle for immortality. Every corner of the palace holds a story, and in the end, Paul is compelled to decide which tales deserve to be told and which should remain buried in the past.
