In the scorching heat of the Egyptian desert, a group of British soldiers faces loneliness and despair on a near-suicidal mission. After World War II, a commando of guerrilla experts receives orders to traverse a vast and dangerous territory to establish a base of operations and execute an assault plan against the enemy. However, what begins as a strategic operation quickly turns into a struggle for survival.
Under the command of a determined sergeant, the men are constantly challenged by physical exhaustion and the treacherous nature of the desert. Camaraderie is tested as tension rises within the group, and doubts about the mission begin to emerge. A hostile environment and a lack of supplies add a layer of uncertainty, forcing each soldier to confront their own fears and traumas. Along the way, moral dilemmas and difficult decisions arise, prompting them to rethink their loyalty and purpose.
As the struggle intensifies, the group finds themselves isolated and surrounded by enemies, compelling them to unite in ways they never imagined. The film offers a raw portrayal of war, not just as a physical conflict, but also as an emotional and psychological journey that will change each man forever. As the sand becomes their most relentless enemy, courage and determination will be their only weapons.
