In Nazi-occupied France during World War II, a group of maquis fighters, resistance guerrillas, faces a tense mission that could change the course of the fight against the oppressive regime. As they prepare for a bold assault on a nearby village, emotions and loyalties are put to the test when a stranger appears on the scene, a German soldier who has deserted from his unit. At first, the group doesn’t know whether to trust him, but his knowledge of enemy movements may be the key to the success of their operation.

As the plot unfolds, the film reveals the complexity of human relationships and the moral dilemmas that arise in times of war. The stranger, with a tragic history and a dark past, becomes an enigmatic figure that causes division among the maquis. Some see in him an opportunity to gain intelligence, while others firmly believe that his presence poses an imminent danger.

With a backdrop filled with tension and tough decisions, the protagonists must confront their own ghosts and understand the true meaning of betrayal and loyalty. With captivating cinematic style and an immersive narrative, the film plunges us into a world where the lines between good and evil are often blurred, leaving both the characters and the audience questioning the nature of their humanity.
