In the 1970s, a rock band called Strange Fruit reached fame and excess, but after a brief flirtation with success, its members abruptly separated. Two decades later, when one of the members learns they have the opportunity to reunite for one last performance at a music festival, the old friends are forced to put aside old grievances, lost dreams, and a past full of craziness.
Paul, the charismatic lead singer who never quite got over the loss of his fame, along with the other members such as the uninhibited guitarist and the melancholic drummer, find themselves trapped in the chaos of adult life. Each has taken different paths: a couple are struggling with personal frustrations, while another has found comfort in a quiet life, away from the spotlight. Although initial tensions arise during rehearsals and tumultuous memories resurface, gradually, the musical chemistry begins to rekindle.
With a touch of comedy and plenty of nostalgia, the former members confront not only their return to the stage but also their search for identity and friendship. The performances, catchy music, and human dynamics offer a reflection on what it truly means to "move on" and whether we ever really leave behind who we are. An explosion of laughter, tears, and, of course, rock and roll.
