In a dark and rainy 1960s Boston, the life of an seemingly ordinary man takes a terrifying turn when he becomes the prime suspect in a series of horrific murders. The protagonist, a lonely appliance store employee, feels trapped between his primal instincts and his desire to lead a normal life. As the bodies of young women pile up in the headlines, the city sinks into fear and paranoia.

The authorities, led by a tenacious detective, begin to close in on the unsettling suspect, who in turn struggles with the duality of his existence; a kind and sociable man on the outside, and a disturbed mind succumbing to dark desires on the inside. Through disturbing flashbacks, the film gradually reveals his traumatic childhood and the events that led him to become a master of deception.

With a chilling atmosphere and unsettling narrative twists, the tension mounts as the protagonist is pushed to his limits by his own guilt and fear. In a shocking climax, the story plunges us into a moral abyss, questioning how far one can go to conceal their true nature and the cost of the secrets we carry. With a visual style that reflects the sentiments of the era and a captivating performance, this unsettling narrative explores the darkest depths of the human mind and the madness lurking in the shadows.
