Thirst

In a cold and dark post-war European city, the life of a group of young people transforms into a harrowing struggle for survival. The protagonist, a talented but tormented musician, finds himself trapped in the daily routine and despair surrounding his environment. After a series of unfortunate events, he faces the loss of his job and the abandonment of his group of friends, who choose to follow increasingly dark and dangerous paths.

As he sinks into loneliness and unease, he crosses paths with an enigmatic woman who seems to share his frustrations and dreams. Together, they try to find purpose in a world that seems to have forgotten how to dream. However, their connection is threatened by the shadows of the past and the wrong choices each has made. The influence of alcohol and addiction intensifies, turning their relationship into an emotional rollercoaster.

The film is a visceral portrait of disillusioned youth, exploring themes of love, loss, and the search for redemption in the midst of chaos. Through unsettling shots and an immersive narrative, the story reflects the struggle between hope and despair, leaving the viewer questioning what it truly means to live in a world where everything seems lost. As the tension escalates, the characters must confront their inner demons or risk becoming trapped in an endless cycle of pain and disillusionment.
