In this magical comedy, a tough hockey player, Derek Thompson, is known not only for his strength on the ice but also for his cynical attitude and disdain for childhood fantasies. One day, after a game, he mocks the belief in the Tooth Fairy in front of a little girl, only to face a surprising consequence: he is transformed into a real Tooth Fairy by an unexpected visit from a magical being.
Derek is forced to fulfill the responsibilities of the fairy, collecting children's teeth and leaving coins in their place. Faced with a series of comedic disasters as he tries to adapt to his new and tiny perspective, our protagonist soon discovers that it's not so easy to fly with fairy wings, especially when his clumsiness gets him into trouble more than once.
As he navigates his new life, Derek begins to learn valuable lessons about the importance of dreams, fantasy, and, above all, the value of believing in what cannot be seen. He also realizes that there is more to life than hockey, as he reconnects with the children in his life and starts to revalue his own sense of wonder. With a heart about to burst and a little magic, Derek must find a way to break the curse and reclaim his life before it's too late.
