In a dystopian future, humanity has been nearly completely exterminated by a devastating nuclear conflict. The few survivors live in an underground city called "The City of Dreams," where life has become monotonous and gray. Among them is a solitary artist named "Jin," whose creativity has been stifled by the oppressive environment. Jin spends his days working on artworks that are barely appreciated by his fellow countrymen.
One day, Jin's routine is interrupted by the arrival of a mysterious woman named "Mina," who brings with her a spark of hope and color to his bleak existence. Mina is a free spirit, full of energy and dreaming of escaping the city in search of an outside world that may lie beyond their worst nightmares. Intrigued by her bravery, Jin begins to rediscover his passion for life and art as he falls in love with Mina.
As their relationship develops, the couple faces the oppression of the system around them, which seeks to keep everyone under control and prevent any attempts at rebellion. Together, they decide to risk it all, embarking on a dangerous adventure to the surface in search of a new beginning. But will they be able to find the freedom they so long for, or will their dreams turn to ashes? Amidst despair, the quest for love and redemption becomes the driving force behind this moving story.
