In this colorful and fun road movie, three drag queens, Noxzema Jackson and Vita Boheme, decide to embark on a road trip from New York to the drag queen competition in Hollywood. But when their car breaks down in a small town in Indiana, their plans are drastically derailed. While waiting for help, they are forced to stay and will end up transforming the place with their unique sensibility and vibrant lifestyle.

The trio is welcomed by the townspeople, who gradually begin to accept the extravagant personalities of Noxzema, Vita, and the young local girl, Chi-Chi Rodríguez, who is also searching for her place in the world. Together, they challenge local prejudices and become a sort of heroes: they teach the residents about diversity, acceptance, and the importance of being true to oneself. As the story progresses, unexpected friendships, laughter, and touching moments unfold, highlighting what it truly means to be oneself.

Driven by an outstanding cast that includes Patrick Swayze, Wesley Snipes, and John Leguizamo, the film not only becomes a celebration of drag culture but also explores themes of identity and acceptance in a light and entertaining context. With a powerful message and captivating style, this adventure serves as a reminder that authentic beauty lies in diversity and friendship.
