American Madness

In the midst of the Great Depression, an optimistic and charismatic entrepreneur finds himself on the brink of ruin. His ambition to transform a small bank into a financial empire leads him to risk everything with questionable decisions. At first, his determination seems to pay off, attracting clients who trust in his vision of a prosperous future. However, things become complicated when a financial scandal shakes the city, and rumors about the bank's bankruptcy begin to circulate.

Tensions rise when, in an unexpected twist, several of his friends and colleagues start to doubt his leadership. Amid the chaos, the protagonist's personal life also faces a crisis: his family, which has been by his side unconditionally, begins to fray under the strain of his obsession with work. As he tries to navigate through a sea of betrayals and disillusionment, he finds himself caught between preserving his legacy and saving his marriage.

With a tone of social critique, this story explores the dire consequences of unchecked capitalism and the fragility of trust in times of crisis. The adrenaline builds as a series of unexpected events unfold, testing not only his fortune but also his morality. Thus, the film becomes an intense journey where the line between success and failure blurs, leaving viewers contemplating the true cost of the American Dream.
