Britannia Hospital

In the bewildering and chaotic environment of a hospital in London, the medical routine is interrupted by a series of strange events that blur the line between reality and madness. As the medical staff faces unusual challenges, a journalist decides to infiltrate the place to cover what promises to be an exceptional event: the inauguration of a new and revolutionary surgical system. However, what begins as an exhilarating coverage soon spirals into absurdity, as the hospital becomes the setting for a series of grotesque and surreal situations.

The doctors, with their unorthodox practices, and the patients, each with their peculiarities, create a bizarre spectacle that blends dark humor with social critique. As the journalist tries to gather stories, he finds himself caught in the midst of a confrontation between the hospital directors, a legacy of administrative conflicts, and a series of absurd situations that call into question the ethics of modern medicine. From a surgeon obsessed with a risky experiment to a madman who seems to have stepped out of a Shakespearean play, chaos takes control.

With a satirical approach, this film combines elements of horror, comedy, and social criticism into an explosive mix, leaving us questioning how far madness can reach in a system that, in theory, should be the solution to our physical and mental problems. The conclusion is an unexpected reflection on the human condition in the modern era.
