In a world filled with lights and spectacle, a talented ventriloquist and his unsettling puppet become the sensation of the theater. Gabbo, an artist trapped between genius and madness, wins the audience's heart not only with his skill in manipulating his eerie companion but also with his eccentric personality and intense passion for his craft. However, his success is not without consequences. Gabbo's obsession with his puppet, which he treats as if it had a life of its own, begins to affect his personal life, distancing him from those around him.

Amidst his triumphs on stage, Gabbo struggles with his inner demons, feeling that his only true friend is his puppet and that with each performance, his connection to the real world fades. The presence of a beautiful singer in his life, who is drawn to Gabbo's talent, adds new complexity to his existence, leading him to question his relationship with his inseparable puppet. As the boundaries between reality and illusion blur, Gabbo faces a dilemma: should he continue feeding his obsession for art or open himself to the possibilities of love and human connection? The tension between his madness and his talent leads him to an unexpected climax that could change his life forever.
