In a romantic comedy that combines humor and fantasy, a talented boxer named Joe Pendleton is unexpectedly struck by premature death from an accident while heading to a crucial match. However, instead of crossing over to the afterlife, Joe finds himself in a sort of limbo where he meets a representative from the celestial realm. This friendly and somewhat scatterbrained agent realizes that Joe shouldn't have died, and in an attempt to correct the mistake, he decides to reincorporate him into life. But there's a small problem: his body has been occupied by a deceased magnate. Thus, Joe is forced to adapt to his new existence while trying to regain his life and fight for his dream of becoming a champion.

As Joe navigates this new reality, he falls in love with the beautiful lady of his new body, who has no idea that she is actually dealing with a spirit in an unfamiliar body. While trying to resolve his situation, he must confront the dangerous world of boxing and a sinister promoter who is willing to do anything to make money at his expense. With overflowing wit and a pure heart, Joe seeks a way to return to his old body, win the love of the woman of his dreams, and prove that, even after death, there is always a second chance. The story intertwines romance, comedy, and a touch of mysticism that leaves the audience with a smile.
