In a picturesque coastal village in Europe, a young witch named Kiki embarks on her journey of self-discovery and personal growth. At only 13 years old, Kiki must adhere to the tradition of young witches, which is to leave her home for a year to learn to fend for herself. With her faithful black cat, Jiji, by her side, Kiki flies on her broom to a new destination.
Upon arriving in the city, Kiki faces the challenges of everyday life: it is a different and somewhat overwhelming world. After some failed attempts to find her place, she decides to open a delivery service, leveraging her ability to fly. At first, everything seems to go well, and her business receives a warm welcome. However, not everything is easy in this adventure. As Kiki adjusts to her new life, she begins to lose her magic, which fills her with doubts about her abilities as a witch.
With the help of her new friends, such as a bakery owner and a brave young man, Kiki learns valuable lessons about friendship, perseverance, and the importance of following her dreams. The story is a beautiful journey of self-discovery, where the protagonist confronts the fear of failure and, in turn, discovers that sometimes, true magic lies in human connection and finding one's place in the world.
