Love in the Afternoon

In the sweltering Paris of the 1950s, young and naive Aurélie, daughter of a private detective, leads a calm and somewhat monotonous life. Her routine begins to change when she encounters a mysterious and charismatic businessman who is passing through the city. This man, a hardened seducer, is drawn to Aurélie's freshness and innocence. Although she is unfamiliar with the games of love, she allows herself to be swept away by the thrill of adventure.

As the two get to know each other, Aurélie finds herself caught up in a whirlwind of romance and deception, where the line between reality and fantasy blurs. Unbeknownst to her, the mysterious gentleman is deeply involved in a web of infidelities and romantic disillusionments. Aurélie embarks on an adventure that will take her from the charms of Parisian streets to the dark corners of adult romantic life.

With a touch of comedy and a pinch of drama, the film explores the duality of love: on one hand, the excitement and passion, and on the other, the sadness and disillusionment. As Aurélie begins to uncover the truth about her beloved, she faces a crucial decision: will she follow her heart or choose reason? This captivating story reminds us that love can be both a beautiful dream and a ruthless awakening.
