In sunny and vibrant Miami, an ex-convict named Frederick Frenger Jr. arrives in the city with a stroke of luck and his own agenda: to live life to the fullest after being released from prison. However, his happiness is short-lived, as he quickly finds himself caught up in a whirlwind of crime and chaos. Frenger, with a mix of charisma and madness, decides to infiltrate the life of an unsuspecting woman named Susie, who, due to her naivety, becomes an unwitting accomplice to his misdeeds.

As Frenger attempts to build a new life with Susie, his past begins to haunt him in the form of a tough detective, who enjoys adrenaline as much as he does. The detective, obsessed with catching the charismatic criminal, becomes a relentless foe in the hot and dangerous atmosphere of the city. Things become complicated when Frenger, in his attempt to escape the clutches of the law, commits a series of clumsy yet daring crimes that lead him to a moral crossroads.

With a blend of dark humor, wild action, and unexpected twists, the narrative unfolds in a game of cat and mouse where the lines between criminal and hero blur. As chaos erupts around him, Frenger will have to decide how far he is willing to go to maintain his freedom and protect the only person who seems to matter to him.
