In this romantic comedy from 1915, the story follows a likable but inexperienced young man named Jack, who, after a night of debauchery in the city, wakes up with a severe headache and the uncomfortable feeling of having done something very impulsive. As he tries to remember the events of the previous night, he realizes that he spent the night with a charming but mysterious woman named Mary, whom he barely knows.

Confused by the feelings that arise between them, Jack embarks on a series of comedic misadventures as he tries to make things right. However, his lifelong girlfriend, who is expecting a proposal, begins to suspect his strange behavior. The situation becomes even more complicated when Jack realizes that Mary is actually on her way to becoming a famous artist. As both of them deal with their unexpected connection, they discover the true meaning of love and freedom.

With a touch of slapstick humor and endearing characters, the film presents hilarious situations, from awkward encounters to romantic misunderstandings. Throughout the plot, Jack must decide between following the safe path with his longtime girlfriend or following his heart towards Mary. The movie leaves the audience with a reflection on the value of spontaneity and the opportunity to find love where you least expect it.
