On a quiet, sunny day in 1930, a young woman named Taeko decides to leave behind the bustling life of Tokyo to spend a vacation in the countryside. With her mind filled with expectations for a simpler life connected to nature, she embarks on a journey that takes her to a small rural village. As she adapts to the tranquility of the countryside, Taeko encounters a group of farmers who welcome her with warmth and curiosity.

Soon, memories of her childhood begin to intertwine with her present. Through a nostalgic journey, the young woman relives key moments from her life, from her dreams and aspirations to the insecurities that have accompanied her. The goals she once had stand in stark contrast to the reality of her life in the city, forcing her to question where she is headed. Amidst laughter and tears, she also experiences first love during her adolescence, reigniting feelings she thought she had forgotten.

As Taeko comes to understand the connection between her past and present, she faces the decision of returning to Tokyo or staying in the countryside to live a life filled with simplicity and authenticity. With the rural landscape as a backdrop, the story captures the essence of the search for identity and the longing for a home, creating a compelling portrait of the transition from youth to adulthood and the power of shared memories.
