In a charming Swedish town, the everyday life of a family is shaken when a peculiar man enters their lives. This outsider, who seems to defy the mold of ordinary people, is an inventor and dreamer, full of wild ideas and a way of seeing the world that challenges logic. Driven by his desire to create a machine that can make everyone fly, he brings both wonder and chaos to his new surroundings.

The story revolves around the family that takes him in, a couple and their children, who are initially distrustful of him but quickly find themselves drawn to his unusual charisma. As the adventures unfold, the children become his accomplices in mischief, and together they experience a myriad of escapades that include failed experiments, unexpected visits from skeptical neighbors, and even narrow escapes from compromising situations.

However, what begins as a series of craziness ultimately transforms not only the life of this aspiring inventor but also that of the family, which gradually learns to value imagination and innovation. With a bittersweet tone, the film is a journey of discovery, where laughter and tears intertwine. In the end, we are reminded that dreams, no matter how absurd they may seem, can soar high if we have the courage to pursue them.
