In a world where pressure and expectations are the order of the day, we meet Elizabeth, a Harvard student who battles her own demons while trying to navigate the tumultuous university life. From the outside, she appears to be a bright and ambitious girl, but inside, she is torn between the desire to succeed and deep feelings of isolation and depression. Her life spirals into chaos as she begins to deal with a series of toxic and disheartening relationships, from her tumultuous connection with her mother to her challenging dynamics with her partners.

As Elizabeth immerses herself in a world of wild parties, drugs, and disillusionment, she feels trapped in a cycle of self-destruction. Her diagnosis of clinical depression leads her to an internal struggle to find her identity and a sense of belonging. Along her journey, she encounters unique characters that reflect both her struggles and aspirations, each representing an aspect of the complicated emotional world she traverses.

The story is a heartbreaking journey through the mind of a young woman haunted by anxiety and melancholy, showing how sometimes the attempt to fit into a perfect mold can destroy who we truly are. With a raw tone and visceral narrative, the film delves into the exploration of mental health in a generation struggling to find its place in the world.
