At the height of the Roman Empire, the city of Rome shines with opulence and decadence. In this setting, a young tribune, Marcus Vinicius, returns from military campaigns with a heart full of ambitions. However, his life takes an unexpected turn upon meeting a captivating Christian named Lygia. As the attraction between them grows, so does the tension between his world and hers, marked by the persecution and sacrifice of the faithful.

As Marcus falls in love with Lygia, he faces his family, which is aligned with Emperor Nero, an unpredictable and despotic leader eager to solidify his power through violence and oppression. The story intertwines with the brutality of ancient Rome, where Christians are persecuted and condemned to the arena before a crowd thirsty for spectacle. As the relationship between Marcus and Lygia intensifies, the young tribune is forced to question his loyalty to Rome and his identity in a world that seems to have lost all compassion.

With a monumental production and stunning visual approach, this story of love and conflict presents a powerful reflection on faith, love, and the struggle between good and evil. In this tense and fascinating context, the characters' destinies intertwine, taking the audience on an emotional journey through one of the most turbulent periods in history.
