In the desolate context of the Mexican-American War, a group of soldiers finds themselves trapped in an isolated fortress in the desert. The main character, Boyd, is a captain who has been despised for his erratic behavior and apparent disrespect towards the war. As the plot unfolds, a strange man, who seems to have survived a deadly encounter with cannibals, emerges as an ominous figure in their lives.

The tension escalates when they begin to uncover dark secrets about the nature of the meat they have been consuming. The soldiers, initially skeptical, are drawn into a spiral of madness and insatiable hunger that challenges their sense of humanity. As paranoia grips the group, Boyd realizes that the true threat may not only be cannibalism, but also betrayal among comrades.

The atmosphere becomes increasingly unsettling and surreal, with madness lurking in every shadow. The boundaries between civilization and barbarism blur, pushing the characters to make desperate choices that reveal their true nature. The film is a journey through despair, survival instinct, and the moral challenge faced by humanity on the brink of its own destruction. A blend of horror, dark humor, and social critique, it will leave you with goosebumps as it explores the abyss of human nature.
