In a dilapidated orphanage, a group of criminals is sent to do community service as punishment for their crimes. However, what seems like an opportunity for redemption quickly turns into a fight for survival when they realize that the property is inhabited by a psychopathic killer. Jacob Goodnight, the terrifying and mutated former caretaker of the orphanage, has a dark personal motive for attacking those who enter his territory.
