In a dilapidated orphanage, a group of criminals is sent to do community service as punishment for their crimes. However, what seems like an opportunity for redemption quickly turns into a fight for survival when they realize that the property is inhabited by a psychopathic killer. Jacob Goodnight, the terrifying and mutated former caretaker of the orphanage, has a dark personal motive for attacking those who enter his territory.

As the young delinquents venture deeper into the building, they begin to disappear one by one, leaving their companions in a state of absolute terror. With no way of knowing who will be the next to fall, the survivors must band together and use their wits to combat the monster lurking in the shadows. But the struggle is not just physical; they also have to grapple with their own inner demons, as each of them has a past they cannot ignore.

With time against them and paranoia rising, an intense battle for survival ensues. Between escape and confrontation, the characters are forced to face their choices and seek redemption as they try to make it out of the mansion alive. Tension builds with each passing moment, and terror seeps into every corner, ensuring that the lives of these young people will never be the same. Jacob's brutality and cunning threaten not only their present but their future as they race to find a way out before it’s too late.
