In a bustling Japanese city, a middle-aged man, trapped in the routine of his daily life and in a job that doesn't inspire him, begins to feel that something is missing. His monotonous life takes an unexpected turn when, while looking out the window of his office, his gaze meets the figure of a beautiful woman dancing at a nearby dance academy. Intrigued and fascinated, he decides to sign up for dance classes, driven by the desire to meet this woman and, at the same time, find a new purpose.
As he progresses in the classes, he discovers that dancing allows him to express himself in ways he never imagined. He begins to form a special bond with his instructor, who becomes a key figure in his personal transformation. Together, they not only face the challenges of learning to dance but also the social expectations and internal fears that haunt them.
However, the decision to dance and participate in competitions unleashes a whirlwind of reactions in his family and social life. Tensions rise when his wife, initially skeptical, begins to question their relationship.
