In this funny comedy, a 36-year-old man named Mike O'Donnell feels trapped in his life. After an unexpected twist, Mike has the chance to return to his adolescence, reliving the year of his life when he was 17 years old. Now with the appearance of a teenager, he finds himself in the body of his younger self and faces life in a completely new way. Although he is initially excited about the opportunities ahead, he soon realizes that going back to adolescence comes with its complications.

As he navigates the world of high school, Mike also tries to rekindle his relationship with his wife, Scarlett, and reconnect with his two children, who do not recognize him in his new form. Between classes, parties, and the typical antics of youth, Mike faces the challenges of being a "new" dad trying to guide them while struggling with his own insecurities. Additionally, he begins to question his past decisions and what it truly means to grow up.

With a touch of nostalgia and a message about the true value of life and family, Mike must decide whether he wants to return to the life he knew or if he will seize this second chance to find his true happiness. With laughter, tears, and a hint of magic, this journey to the past will teach him that sometimes, what you really need is a change of perspective.
