In a small Italian village during the 1930s, a young boy named Titta lives a life filled with dreams, memories, and extravagant situations. Through Titta's eyes, we explore the beauty and madness of everyday life, where the trivial and the extraordinary intertwine in a vibrant tapestry of memorable characters. From Titta's overprotective mother, who always has a comment at hand, to his eccentric father, who gets lost in the bar with his friends, the atmosphere is imbued with a nostalgic air that captures the essence of childhood.

The film presents a series of bittersweet comedic vignettes that reflect the hustle and bustle of the village, where each character adds their own spark to the collective portrait. The arrival of a new teacher, who unleashes the imagination of the youth, and the enigmatic figure of a woman who invokes both desire and fear, add a touch of magic to the narrative. Festivities, political conspiracies, and family rivalries provide a historical backdrop that enhances the sense of community and belonging.

With a unique visual style and an unmistakable sense of humor, the story becomes a tribute to memory, youth, and Italian culture. As Titta navigates the challenges of growing up, the film explores what it truly means to remember, blending laughter and tears in a journey that resonates with anyone who has experienced the complexities of life.
