In the bustling New York of the 1910s, a charming and talented dancer named Don Hewes finds his heart shattered after being left by his artistic partner, Nadine Hale. In an attempt to forget his heartbreak and give his career a new twist, Don decides to train an innocent and dreamy young woman named Hannah Brown, who has just landed in the city. Although she lacks experience, Hannah has a unique spark and an innate talent that soon begins to bloom under Don's watchful eye.

As they train together, the chemistry between them becomes undeniable, but things get complicated when Nadine returns to the scene, eager to win Don back and sabotage the relationship that has begun to grow with Hannah. In a display of music, dance, and a bit of romantic entanglement, both must decide if what they are building is stronger than the broken hearts of their past.

With unforgettable musical numbers and a light tone that captures the essence of love and perseverance, the film takes us on a journey through the ups and downs of showbiz, on-stage rivalries, and the quest for fame, all while exploring the bonds that form when you least expect them. The age-old tradition of the Easter parade serves as the perfect backdrop for a story that celebrates life, love, and the magic of dance in a vibrant and timeless world.
