Going the Distance

In the bustling heart of New York City, Erin, a vibrant young woman filled with dreams, meets Garrett, a charming radio host, at a party organized by mutual friends. The spark between them is instant, and what begins as a summer fling quickly evolves into a deep and meaningful relationship. But, as often happens in the best love stories, happiness is threatened by distance: Erin must return to her hometown, San Francisco, to pursue her career, and Garrett has his own ambitions in the Big Apple.

As they both struggle to maintain their relationship despite the geographical separation, they will face the challenges of modern life: long-distance calls, video chats filled with laughter and tears, and the inevitable jealousy that arises when circumstances complicate a love that feels so real. The story blends moments of tenderness with comedic and realistic situations about love in the digital age, showing how each of them attempts to find their way while holding on to what they’ve built together.

Filled with memorable characters, loyal friends, and that romantic comedy flair that makes us sigh, this film is a reminder that sometimes, love is worth fighting for, even if it means facing distance and the obstacles life presents. What matters most is the genuine connection that endures, even thousands of miles apart.
