In a chilling journey through the fascinating Tokyo of 1959, an American journalist, George, embarks on an investigation that will lead him to uncover the darkest secrets of science. Encountering an eccentric and reclusive scientist obsessed with the duality of human nature, George becomes the subject of a disturbing experiment. Unbeknownst to him, the journalist transforms into the vessel of a grotesque transformation: his body develops a monstrous second head that soon begins to have a life of its own.

With each passing day, the struggle between reason and bestiality intensifies. The enemy creature that emerges from his own flesh starts to possess George, driving him to commit acts of violence and chaos he never dreamed he would carry out. As his personal life crumbles, chaos takes over his existence; his wife, increasingly worried, fights to maintain her sanity and connection with the man she once knew.

During his tortuous journey through fear and despair, George must confront not only the monstrosity that seizes him but also the inescapable quest for his own identity. Thus, the line between humanity and beast blurs, establishing a disturbing parallel between civilization and primal instinct. In this delirious descent into madness, will George be able to reclaim his life before the creature completely consumes his being?
