In a post-apocalyptic world, the undead roam aimlessly, trapped in their constant hunger for flesh. Among them is R, a young zombie who, despite his condition, retains glimpses of his humanity. Everything changes when R encounters Julie, a brave human on a dangerous mission. During an attack on her group, R feels an inexplicable connection with her and, in an unexpected impulse, saves her, taking her to his sanctuary in the airport.
As time passes, R begins to experience forgotten emotions and develops a unique relationship with Julie. She, in turn, starts to see in him something more than just a carnivorous monster. Through their interactions, both challenge not only the rules of their respective worlds but also the dangers that threaten survivors, including the ruthless "Bones," a more advanced and lethal class of zombies.
As R struggles to regain his humanity and fight against the fate that is supposed to await him, his connection with Julie deepens, showing that even in a desolate world, love can blossom in the most improbable circumstances. Together, they must face both external and internal enemies and discover if love can truly save even the most lost among the dead.
