In a tranquil trip to the countryside, a veteran medical professor, who is in the final stage of his life, decides to take a nostalgic journey into his past. Accompanied by his daughter-in-law and a young aspiring poet, the adventure becomes a profound exploration of his memories, his choices, and the relationships that have shaped him over the years. As the journey progresses, the professor immerses himself in visions of his youth and people who have been significant in his life, from a lost love to old friendships.

As they traverse bucolic landscapes and confront the simplicity and beauty of the countryside, moments of reflection on life, death, and the search for meaning arise. Conversations grow deep and often philosophical, prompting the main character to question his choices and the legacy he leaves behind. In this introspective journey, humor and melancholy intertwine, painting a human and poignant portrait of existence.

Ultimately, the professor confronts his own mortality, leading him to reconcile with his past and find unexpected peace. This tale is a meditation on the passage of time and the importance of human connections, showing that, despite losses and regrets, life always offers opportunities for reflection and love.
