Billy is a young multimillionaire who has spent his entire life enjoying his father's wealth, without worrying about responsibilities or the future. However, his wild world takes an unexpected turn when his father reveals his intention to retire and hand over control of the family business. To inherit the company, Billy must prove that he possesses the necessary maturity, which leads him to participate in an unusual challenge: going back to elementary school and completing all levels of education, from first grade to high school.

Reluctantly, but determined to earn his father's respect and show that he can be a leader, Billy immerses himself in a world of schoolwork and childhood antics. From trying to remember multiplication tables to facing countless friendship-related issues, his journey toward maturity becomes a series of funny and absurd situations.

Throughout his school odyssey, Billy not only tries to outsmart his younger classmates, but also finds the opportunity to reevaluate his life and discover what truly matters. With the help of his teacher and a couple of new friends, he learns valuable lessons about responsibility, self-esteem, and love. The movie is a wacky comedy that combines craziness, nostalgia, and a heartwarming message about personal growth. Will Billy prove that he is ready for the real world, or will he remain stuck in his life as an eternal child?
