The Burning

In a summer camp, a group of young kids decides to play a cruel prank on one of the janitors, Cropsey, a solitary and foul-tempered guy. The prank, which involves a flashlight and a burning cabin, goes horribly wrong and ends in a chilling accident, leaving Cropsey severely burned and scarred for life. After recovering in the hospital, Cropsey emerges from the shadows to seek revenge and unleash his fury on those who laughed at him.

As the tension and terrifying moments increase, the summer camp reopens its doors, filled with carefree teenagers unaware of the dark history that looms over their refuge. While some enjoy water games and night parties, others begin to notice that a stranger is watching them. However, the reality is even more horrifying than they can imagine, as Cropsey, now a grotesque and vengeful figure, lurks among the trees, ready to exact his revenge.

The nights become increasingly dangerous, and the campers must confront their worst nightmares as they try to survive the deadly hunt unleashed by a man who has been driven to the limit. Paranoia takes hold of the group, and one by one, they find themselves trapped in a macabre game that reveals how far they would go to survive and the dark secrets they hold. The slaughter has only just begun!
