A group of famous friends gathers for a party at James Franco’s house in Los Angeles, but the celebration takes an apocalyptic turn when strange phenomena begin to occur around the neighborhood. As the outside world collapses due to natural disasters and bizarre creatures, the actors, playing themselves, find themselves trapped in the house, shifting from fun to uncertainty and panic.
With the end of civilization in sight, each of them must fight not only against external threats but also against their own rivalries and egos. From the vain Seth Rogen to the competitive Jay Baruchel, the group starts to fall apart as tensions rise and risky decisions become inevitable. Things become even more complicated with the arrival of a couple of unusual characters, such as a fearful Danny McBride and a serious Craig Robinson, whose personalities clash and enrich the humor-filled, chaotic dynamic.
With bold jokes and an irreverent sense of humor, the plot explores how friendship is tested in times of crisis, revealing the true colors and capabilities of each partygoer. As they confront the unknown, they must not only survive external threats but also their own inner demons, making this apocalyptic experience both a hilarious and significant scenario.
