A common and ordinary guy named Kirk, who works as a security agent at the airport, leads a rather monotonous and somewhat limited life. His relationship with his group of friends isn’t very promising, and his most recent love story was a disaster when his girlfriend left him for someone much "cooler." One day, everything changes when he meets an impressive and successful woman named Molly, who, contrary to his expectations, pays attention to him and starts dating him.
What Kirk didn’t expect is that Molly is not only beautiful but also an incredibly kind and fun person. However, insecurity begins to take its toll: how can a guy like him be dating someone so out of his league? While he tries to overcome his own hang-ups and the pressure from his friends, he also faces the jealousy that arises when he realizes that Molly is being courted by other men because of her beauty.
With a touch of romantic comedy, the movie takes us through the craziness and challenges that Kirk faces, all while he tries to prove himself in a relationship that seems straight out of a dream. Amid embarrassing situations, curious friends, and moments of vulnerability, he must learn to set aside his insecurities and embrace what he has: love. Will he be able to sustain this relationship, or will it be too much pressure for such an ordinary guy?
