In glamorous 1930s New York, an eccentric detective and his clever wife delve into an intriguing plot of mystery and murder. After returning from a relaxing trip to Europe, famous investigator Nick Charles finds himself in the middle of a chaos: a millionaire has mysteriously disappeared, and all fingers point to his dysfunctional family. But what should be just another case transforms into a tangled game of deception and secrets.

As Nick tries to enjoy his quiet life with his wife Nora, the couple is drawn into a dangerous investigation, where each family member of the millionaire has something to hide. From extravagant cocktails to Nora's sharp wit, every scene is infused with sophisticated humor and sparkling dialogue that makes time fly.

As the couple unravels clues and navigates the suspects, their chemistry and complicity become even more evident, turning the search for the true culprit into an exciting and entertaining adventure. Amidst dances, dinners, and a good dose of sarcasm, an atmosphere of intrigue emerges that keeps the audience on edge, unsure of who the real villain is behind it all. In the end, Nick and Nora's love and cleverness will prove that the true mystery lies not only in solving crimes but also in understanding each other.
