When the talented dancer Andie, fresh from Baltimore, finds herself caught between two worlds, she must fight to discover her true self in the vibrant urban dance scene. After the death of her mother, Andie moves in with her aunt in a strict family that doesn't understand her passion for dance. As she tries to fit in, her love for dance leads her to join an illegal and electrifying crew of dancers called "The 410."

But trouble isn't far behind. The struggle to stand out in a high-stakes dance competition becomes an obsession that tests not only her talent but also her relationships. This is where Chase comes in, a charismatic and talented dancer who becomes her partner and mentor. Together, they must face not only the challenges of their environment but also their own fears and expectations.

As the competition intensifies, Andie must decide what it truly means to embrace her identity and whether it's worth risking everything for her dream. The film, filled with stunning choreography and a soundtrack that will make you move, explores themes of friendship, love, and the struggle to be authentic in a world that often expects you to conform. With unexpected twists and a thrilling ending, this story will leave you wanting to dance and believe in your dreams.
