In this frenetic sequel, we follow the intense life of Chev Chelios, who, after recovering from a heart attack in the first film, faces a new challenge. This time, his heart has been replaced with an artificial battery that requires a constant supply of electricity to keep beating. If he doesn't maintain his energy levels, he will face imminent death.

Chev embarks on a wild chase through the streets of Los Angeles, determined to find those responsible for his strange fate and reclaim his original heart. Along the way, he encounters a cast of peculiar characters, from mobsters to extreme fighters, as he tries to connect the wires of his life.

The action doesn't stop, with explosive battles that combine martial arts and high-speed mayhem. Chev has to feed off electric shocks, leading him into absurd and extreme situations, from electrocuting himself in the middle of the street to running in circles around the city to stay energized.

With a dizzying pace and irreverent humor, the movie feels like a rollercoaster ride where danger lurks at every turn. And as Chev unleashes chaos in his quest for revenge, he also witnesses the limits of madness and adrenaline, all while trying to save his own life. The question is: can the anti-hero survive once more, or will this be his last charge?
