Carl Allen is a man who has fallen into the routine and monotony of life. His job bores him, and his relationships are almost nonexistent. One day, after a series of events that make him reflect, he decides to attend a seminar that presents him with a radical approach: to say "yes" to everything that comes his way. At first, this new mantra seems to lead him into unexpected and often absurd situations, but he also starts to discover a new world full of opportunities.
From learning to play the guitar to trying experiences he never would have imagined, Carl immerses himself in a more exciting and vibrant life. However, his decision to accept everything takes him down paths that are not always easy to navigate. He meets a charming and adventurous woman, Alison, who becomes a fundamental part of his new life, but their relationship begins to complicate when Carl realizes that saying "yes" to everything also has its consequences.
As new experiences pile up and challenges arise, Carl will have to find a balance between the excitement of novelty and the reality of his everyday life. The movie invites us to reflect on the risk of living in fear of rejection and how opening up to new possibilities can change our perspective on life and love. Will Carl learn to live fully without losing his essence in the process?
